Nothing increases confidence in agroforestry like the real sale of tree products. Although the focus of OAN has been on timber production, we are now interested in helping farmers generate income from the sale of other tree products: including bush tucker (particularly Mountain Pepper), foliages, tree seed and more. Product marketing workshops will explore opportunities for value-adding and collective marketing.

For those growers with well-established, pruned plantations OAN is offering the opportunity to look inside your logs and take home some of your own farm grown timber. We will help harvest, mill and dry the timber from a couple of your own trees and give you back the wood.
